Safety pays!
We have learned this over the years, and now it is ingrained in our company culture. All of our employees have either 10 or 30 hour OSHA safety training. We have ongoing safety meetings and training, and many of our employees are also EPA Lead Abatement certified. Our company is an EPA Licensed Lead Abatement Contractor, and we have worked hand-in-hand with OSHA's industrial hygenists on projects.
Our safety consultancy firm, Capital Safety, frequently audits out jobs to ensure compliance. We are even quoted on their website. See what Steve Ryan said.
These measures have kept our injury rate to a mimimum and our MOD rating is consistently under 0.87.
